15-minute demo at our Toronto factory
Factory-direct pricing for the GTA. Built and serviced in Toronto, sold to you with nobody in between.
Toronto · Peel · York · Halton · Durham
Not on the list? That is the demo. Bring a batch of whatever you already sell and we will run it through the machine before you commit to anything.
A second cold drink category without a second machine, a second fridge, or a second person making it. Your seasonal special is a new batch, not new equipment.
The prep happens before the rush; during it, someone pulls a handle — the same drink every time, whoever is on shift. It chills on the way to the glass and keeps chilling.
Either nitro or still. No cylinders, no kegs, no regulator. And if it breaks, it comes back to the bench it was built on.

Most beverage equipment gets to you through an importer, a distributor and a dealer. Ours gets to you in a van.

Every DRNX is assembled by hand in our Toronto factory. Not imported, not badge-engineered. You can stand where yours was built.

When something goes wrong it comes back to us — send it across town in an Uber, or drop it off yourself. No cross-border RMA, no waiting on a distributor.
Whoever answers knows the machine, because they helped build it. There is no tier one, and no ticket number.
Toronto, Peel, York, Halton and Durham — our backyard. This is not a promotion with a boundary drawn around it. Anyone can put a machine in a courier; from in here you can drive it over, and that is the difference between a repair and a shipment.

Just outside? Tell us where you are anyway — it is a different conversation, not a closed door. Pick “Somewhere else” on the form and tell us where you are.
This is the question that stops most people buying. There are three answers and the first one is a trip to the grocery store.
Pick up ready-to-drink cold brew from any grocery store — STŌK works well. Pour it in and start serving. You need to know nothing about coffee.
We introduce you to GTA roasters and beverage makers who will supply concentrate at wholesale. Better drink, better margin, no equipment on your side.
We give you ratios, filtration guidance, and the machine settings to match. Your recipe, your margin, your name on it.
Everything below is included.
No dealer, no distributor, no freight from overseas.
It goes back to the people who assembled it. No RMA number, no freight, no border.
Local machines go to the front of the bench queue.
Every routine on video and in writing, so it does not depend on who is on shift.
Watch what is happening inside the machine before you open anything.
A 3D render of your machine with the shell turned transparent, every part labelled. Order the one you need instead of describing it down a phone.
What to put on tap, how strong, and what to charge for it.
GTA roasters and beverage suppliers.
The library is public. Read the service manual, watch a machine come apart and find the part you would need, before you talk to us — service.drinkbrood.com.
We send it to the businesses we are talking to.
It is a real number, not a starting point, and it is the same for everyone inside the five regions.
Start with service.drinkbrood.com. There is a video and a 3D animation for most faults, and plenty of them turn out to be one part you can swap yourself. If that does not do it, email or a video call — most things are fixable where the machine stands. If it needs the bench, send it across town in an Uber, or drop it off yourself. It goes back to the people who assembled it, which is most of the reason to buy one from thirty minutes away.
About twenty minutes, every day. Every routine is on video at service.drinkbrood.com, so it does not rely on the one person who was shown how.
Then use the library at service.drinkbrood.com — it is public, so you can go and read it before you buy anything. Every clean and every common fault has a video, a written version and a 3D animation of what is happening inside the machine, and every part is numbered on an x-ray render of the machine with the shell turned transparent, so you can order the right one without knowing what it is called. Most problems never reach us. The ones that do are a drive away.
No. DRNX pulls nitrogen from the air in the room. No cylinders, no regulator, no gas supplier account, no swapping tanks mid-shift.
No. See QuickStart above — the easiest path is buying ready-to-drink cold brew at the grocery store and pouring it in. You can get more sophisticated later, or never.
Of course! The program is tied to Toronto, Peel, York, Halton and Durham because that is our backyard. Otherwise you can order one directly from us at drinkbrood.com.
DRNX dispenses liquid, so anything suspended in the drink needs thinking about. If yours has real solids in it, bring us a batch before you commit to anything — we will find out together in fifteen minutes.
Yes, and we would rather you did. Bring a batch of something you already sell to the factory and we will run it through the machine while you watch. Fifteen minutes.
One year from delivery. Clean it daily and keep it indoors. To claim, register warranty at drinkbrood.com/warranty-registration with the serial number.
A standard outlet and a bit of counter — on its own it needs no water line and no drain. It runs at 120V, single phase, 2.8 amps, which is less draw than a kettle. It is 9.25 inches wide, 14.74 high and 18.25 deep, and weighs 75 pounds. The drink goes in ready to drink, from a 1.5 or 3.5 gallon reservoir or a bag-in-box, and comes out of a push button or a tap handle.
Bring a jug of your own cold brew. We will run it through the machine and you can taste the difference in the room.
Something you already sell — your cold brew, your lemonade, the cocktail you batch on Fridays. It does not have to be finished or perfect.
On the bench where it was built, while you watch. You see the whole thing, including the parts that are fiddly.
And you tell us whether it holds up. If it does not, that is a useful answer and it cost you fifteen minutes.
There is no sequence of follow-up emails, because there is no list to put you on. We reply about the demo and that is all.
